Introduction to Restorative Practices
A full day training offered by Turning Point Partners Louisiana, recognized throughout the regiona for its work in restorative practices in schools, courts, half-way houses, community centers, churches and youth detention.
The intended outcomes include:
- Participants learning effective strategies for managing problems and building relationships;
- Demonstrating opportunities for people to take responsibility and be accountable; and
- Providing an organizational, systemic approach to transforming a punitive, deficit-based culture to a healing, restorative culture.
